In preparation for re-opening on the 4th July, we want to explain how we safely open our doors and treat YOU
Some important information for you
Putting you in the safest hands
As always,we will take all of the necessary precautions going forward by maintaining strict standards and procedures for cleaning, disinfecting and safety to create a bond of reassurance for when you return to our clinic.
Infection control
In addition to the guidelines we have always followed for infection control, we will find new ways of servicing clients that are efficient and safer for everyone in the salon. Our industry is already strongly regulated and I as the owner, follow strict guidelines for sanitation and safety for ourselves and our clients.
New rules and regulations in place
As part of the new rules, our nail stations are seating clients at every other station. Therapists will be working mostly in their treatment rooms. We will implement new rules that staff will need to wear gloves for all procedures and a mask, face shields and aprons until restrictions are lifted.
Our stations, chairs and couches will be disinfected after each treatment and we apply fresh couch roll onto the disinfected plastic covers that we now have to protect our couches so that in between each client, disinfectant can be sprayed. Towels will be washed at 60 degree temperatures after every client.
Please can we ask you...
before entering our clinic, that you check your temperature and if you at all feel unwell I ask that you call to reschedule your appointment. Please make sure that you have washed your hands before having your treatments.
Our therapists
We as your therapists will also be checking our temperatures in the morning before coming into work. We also may need to reschedule your appointment if your therapist is not well.
We will also try to avoid you switching chairs in between treatments. Where this is not possible we will sanitise the area before and after each client.
Our clinic
Our clinic is always cleaned nightly by our team, Floors are mopped, toilets and counters are cleaned and all surfaces are sanitised etc.
At the front desk, the credit card machine will be wiped down with a disinfectant before and after every client uses a credit card for payment. Money will be handled by our receptionist who will sanitise her hands after every transaction.
